He does indeed have now a somewhat mabile patel�a at rest which fs Callaistent with first the medial retinacular tear� as welt as seco!nd, the latsral retina�ular r�Iease. 5imilarly, he is axquisltely tender in the anterior medlal jaint llne in the vicinfty vF ths medial femoral condyle. There ts na substantial evtdence of Joint fnsta}�ility ta fnc2ude varus and val.gus laxity, Lach:nan's, drawer's or pivot shift. He does have a positive �ffusioa at thfs' ticae wfth no ecchymosis nated. Range vf matlon ls ap�sraxirr�ately 4 to lOQ ; an�l there is some persistsnt right quad atronhy. IMPRESSION: i.
