The ent�ance facing Drew Street would be i:he �ublic entrance; the internal campus entrance would serve the studen�s, Funding: Penny for Pinellas has $�..5 mil�ion alloca�ed �'or replacement of the Eas� Library at Drew and Belcher, whzch has outgrown its 1.5,00� square foot faci�ity �n.d has no room for expansion.
