7113-03 (2) ~ , .! - ~ ' 03- 1832 13 MRY- 7-2003 9: 50AM ORDINANCE NO. 7113-03 P I NELLRS CO 8K 12726 PG 1785 me___.IIIIIIIIII" 1IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII11iUJIIL____ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF JADE AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 380 FEET WEST OF BETTY LANE AND 185 FEET NORTH OF OVERBROOK AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT 9, JADE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1714 JADE AVENUE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: (oOOjD \ 091 Lot 9, Jade Heights Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 90, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (ANX2003-01003) Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public, which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the \t\) City Clerk and the Planning Director are directed to include and show the property described y.' herein upon the official maps and records of the City. ,( 'l2~-= Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
