Dear Mr. Keierleber & Mr. Shaw:
The City of Clearwater wishes to exercise our rite to terminate the lease agreement
between Decade Properties and the City of Clearwater for a percentage of the sale of
parking permits at the Seminole Launch Ramp effective November 30, 2008. This
notice is in compliance with the required 60-day notice, and the termination date of the
lease agreement.
We are planning to install machines to take payment for the parking.
