AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF STATE STREET, APPROXIMATELY 660 FEET
NORTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 30,
FLORADEL SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS
1289 BERTLAND WAY, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY
TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map ~ S .
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the ~ ~
City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable = r= ~

. Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
PA!I!; with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the

REC --heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the
