AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF BERTLAND WAY, APPROXIMATELY 780 FEET
NORTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOTS 31
AND 32, FLORADEL SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH
ADJOINING RIGHT OF WAY OF BETTY LANE, WHOSE POST
OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1295 BERTLAND WAY AND 1950 BETTY
LANE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND
REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO
INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the
City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable
requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater
and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
Lots 31 and 32, Floradel Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 15, Page 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with
adjoining right of way of Betty Lane. (ANX 00-12-21)
as . () Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
