All of the foregoing are set forth in the Agreement. The term of the Lease is for five (5) years commencing on {\.a:;\.k,,~v ~', ,2000, ("Commencement Date") and terminating on the fifth anniversary ofthe Commencement Date with five (5) successive five (5) year options to renew. The Land which is the subject of the Agreement is in Pinellas County, Florida, described in Exhibit A annexed hereto. The portion of the Land being licensed to Licensee (the "Premises") is described in Exhibit B annexed hereto.
