The following provision is added to SECTION II PERSONS INSURED 1 WHO IS AN INSURED:
1. Any entity you are required in a written "incidental contract" (hereinafter called "Additional
Insured") to name as an insured is an insured but only with respect to liability arising out of your
premises, "your work" for the Additional Insured, or acts or omissions for the Additional Insured in
connection with the general supervision of "your work" to the extent set forth below:
a. The limits of insurance provided on behalf of the Additional Insured are not greater than those
required by such contract.

b. The coverage provided to the Additional Insured(s) is not greater than that customarily provided by
the policy forms specified in and required by the contract.
c. All insuring agreements, exclusions and conditions of the policy apply.
d. In no event shall the coverages or limits of insurance be increased by such contract.
ADDITIONAL INSURED - MANAGERS OR LESSORS OF PREMISES
SECTION II - WHO IS AN INSURED is amended to include as an insured any manager or lessor of
premises for whom Insured has agreed to provide coverage per contract, but only with respect to
liability arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of that part of the premises leased to you.
ADDITIONAL INSURED - OWNERS, LESSEES OR CONTRACTORS
SECTION II - WHO IS AN INSURED is amended to include as an insured any owner, lessee or
contractor for whom Insured has agreed to provide coverage per contract, but only with respect to
liability arising out of your ongoing operations performed for that insured.
ADDITIONAL INSURED - VENDORS
SECTION II - WHO IS AN INSURED is amended to include as an insured any vendor for whom the

contractual interest.
