This permit is effective unti I January 1, 1983. The original permit, sent to the City on April 13, under the specific conditions listed an incorrect compliance date for completion of construction. This matter was discussed with Mr. McArthur of DER and the specifi c conditions were corrected on April 17, 1979, to conform with the requirements of the consent order. The en closed copy of the Permit contains new pages 3 and 4 of the Permit with the correct compliance date. The Operating Permit, now in effect, is in accordan ce with the conditions agreed upon by the City of Clearwater and DER and no further action is necessary. This permit is ieguired to be posted in a conspicuous location at the work site or source during the entire period of construction or operation. 6.
