The solicitors are attempting to persuade our landlords to either sell the ground underneath the tower site to them or to obtain an assignment of the lease between our landlords and Crown Castle. In doing so, there may have been misrepresentations made of the tower industry, the wireless phone industry and even our company. We would like to take a moment of your time to reinforce our commitment and intentions with regard to our agreement with you. Crown Castle greatly values the relationship that we have with you. Crown Castle is an established company in a growing industry. As the demand for wireless services continues to expand, the infrastructures that supports these services will continue to be critically important to the wireless carriers. As we look to provide ongoing support to the wireless industry, we depend on a long and mutually beneficial partnership with you, our landlord. Should someone other than Crown Castle contact you seeking to purchase your land, your lease or your rental payments, please contact us immediately. Crown Castle is open to the possibility of discussing any offers received, and we may very well be interested in meeting or exceeding such offers or discussing alternate arrangements. Please contact us before entering into any agreement with any third party.
