The Lessor hereby leases to the Government the following described premises: West bUlkhead moorings at Island Estates r-1arina Station of the Clearwater Nunicipal Marina, Causeway Boulevard, Clearwater, Florida. Legal Description: Start at the Southwest comer of Lot 9, Unit 5, Island Estates of Clearwater, as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 34 of Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida run thence Southeast along South line of said Lot 9, 15 feet thence run Southwest 180 feet for point of beginning, thence continue Southwest 12: 00 feet; thence run Northwest 12: 00 feet; thence run Northeast 12:00 feet, thence run Southeast 12:00 feet to point of beginning, also to include Slips 37 thru 42 in Island Marina Station. All above located in Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 15 East to be used for Governrnen t purposes. 2. The Lessor shall furnish Jthe Government, as part of the rental wnsidcratil, the following: (a) Twelve (12) reserved parking spaces alongside the docking area, and such other parking spaces as may reasonably be required, available at no cost to the Coast Guard. (b) Sewer line, water and required electrical connections to be available for Coast Guard use. Utilities will be metered and utility bills will be paid directly by the Coast Guard. (c) No fences or barricades are to be erected which would hamper public access to sidewalks. (d) Type and size of small utility building installed by Coast Guard required prior city approval. 7. The following are attached and made a part hereof: The General Provisions and Instructions (Standard Form 2.A, __.___~~Y.__~.~}0cdition).on 6 pages. Clause 4 of the General Provisions is hereby deleted and Clause 4 appearing on page 6 is substi ti ted therefor. 8.
