Dear Mr. Barrett,
This year we have made quite a few repairs at 712 Osceola, the building you so generously lease to
us.
We have replaced the toilet in the mens room and repaired the plumbing behind it. We also
re-a ttached and stabilized the sink in the ladies room.
The roof leaks, both at the east side of the building and at the valley on the west side, were
repaired.
In the kitchen, the plumbing system under the sink was replaced.
New ducts and vents were added at the west end of the main room. A new ventilation system was
added to the building, and the electrical box was upgraded and new breakers added. In addition, a blower
motor was replaced on one of the air conditioning units.
Approximately 2200 people attend the meetings held here monthly. Nineteen meetings are
available per week and coffee served free of charge. Many of our member are court ordered.
Twice a year we provide a function that is open to the public. One is the Halloween party with
snacks, drinks, and music-at no charge.
The other is on Christmas day. We provide a turkey dinner, again, the public invited and at no
charge. Approximately 250 people attended this year & 12 turkeys were cooked.
The building is kept in timely repair and daily maintenance observed.
Again Mr. Barrett, we thank you for the use of this building.
Sincerely,
