MEMORANDUM OF LEASE
This Memorandum of Lease is made the ~ day of ~, 1 ~ between the City
of Clearwater. a Florida municipality ("Lessor"), and Stein Mart, Inc., 1200 GUlf Life Drive, 10th
Floor, Jacksonville, Florida 32207 ("Lessee").
WITNESSETH:
That Lessor, in consideration of the rents reserved and the terms, covenants, agreements, and
conditions contained in a certain lease between the same parties dated the 23rd day ofMarcn, 1994
("the Lease"), hereby leases to and Lessee hereby takes the premises known as approximately 54.000
square feet on the second floor of 320 Cleveland Street. Clearwater. Florida which is described in
Exhibit "A" for the primary term often (10) years commencing on or around August 1, 1994 (and
which lease may be extended or renewed for one (1) additional term offive (5) years) the terms of
which are incorporated herein by reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed and sealed this Memorandum of Lease
as of the day and year first above written.

Corrected Map of Causeway Business District, according to plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 1 and 2, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for a POINT OF BEGINNING;
run thence S 01026'17" E, 224.38 feet; thence N 89058'26" W,
566.62 feet to a point of curvature; thence along the arc of a
curve to the right, whose arc is 197.75 feet, whose radius is
679.20 feet, whose chord is N 81037'59" W, 197.06 feet; thence
N 04049'48" W, 189.48 feet; thence N 02039'46"W, 171.34 feet to a
point on a curve; thence along the arc of a curve to the right,
whose arc is 84.23 feet, whose radius is 743.35 feet, whose chord
