Dear Mr. Jacobson: You are hereby Notified that the Silver Dollar Trap Club, Inc. ("Silver Dollar'') is in default, or pOSSible default, of the following provisions of its February 14, 1994 lease with the City of Clearwater ("City'') regarding property located in the Southeast 1f4 of Section 19, Township 27 South, Range 17 East, Hillsborough County, Florida: Article XIII. Insurance The City has not received a Certificate of Insurance verifying current insurance coverage as established in this lease provision. Several telephone contacts and a written request for confirmation have been made through Silver Dollar on-site manager Ken Ross without success. Article XIX. Assianment of Lease In October, 1999 Moore & Moore Insurance advised the City that Silver Dollar had been sold to National Home Corporation. Please confirm the accuracy of that information and advise if there has been any assignment of lease responsibilities from Silver Dollar to National Home. The referenced default, or defaults, must be cured within 30 days of receipt of this Notice as proVided in Article XX. Default and Termination, Section 2(a).
