SUBJECT: AGREEMENT - with Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company
RECOMMENDATION: That a motion be passed approving an easement agreement with
the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad and that a Resolution to the SCL be passed expressing
this view so that a sanitary sewer main can be installed under the SCL Railroad at Mile
,Post SY -874 by the City, at City Expense, and that proper officials be authorize d to execute
the agreement and Resolution as recommended by the City Manag~r and City Engineer.
BACKGROUND:
The proposed construction 01 an 8-inch Cast Iron Sanitary Sewer Main
beneath Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company's track and right-of -way
50 feet east of Mile Post SY -874, requires the execution of the attached
agreement. Re-34632.
This is the standard Railroad Easement and there are no rental charges
involved. The sewer main will be placed under the railroad by the City,
using the jack and bore method, so that the railroad will not have to be
removed during the construction.

Marie P. Cummings, to sell used clothing at the clothing store known as
"Designing Woman" which she now operates at 19-1/2 South Garden Avenue,
