since it's opening for business 0:1 April 27, 1998. I have enclosed the 12/31/99
year end income tax return and a schedule wmch refle~ts gross sales, sales tax and
net sales all a monthly basis fi~om May 1, 1999 throl~gh April 30, 2000. The tax
amount is the actual amoWlt paid to the Florida Department of Revenue.
