Attached is the TRIM Notice I received today governing the referenced leases. I
forward this information to you as the responsible party listed on the City Clerk's
index of leases.
I have confirmed with the Property Appraiser that the $241,910 proposed increase in
the taxable value over last year is attributable to the Pickles Plus lease. When the
1999 millage rate is established and certified, taxes will have to be prorated, collected
and paid when due in accordance with lease provisions.
