AT 211 EWING AVE (PLT2005-00029)
To Surrounding Property Owners:
As a property owner within 200 feet of 211 EWING AVE, the CIty of Clearwater Planning Department gives
notice that an application for Preliminary Plat approval of twenty-four residential townhome units to be called
"Ewing Street Townhomes" in conjunction with FLS2005-11089.
On February 02, 2005, the Development Review Committee (composed of the City's professional staff) will
review and determine whether the application demonstrates compliance with the City's Commumty
Development Code, Following that review and determiniation, the Planning Director will issue a
Development Order approving, approving with condItIons, or denying the application. The earliest date that
the City will make a decision on the application will be February 02, 2005.
The City encourages you to participate in the review of this application, You may contact me at 727-562-4547

written comments to be considered in the City's review of the application. Please be advised that the applicant
may submit additional or new information regarding thIS case; which you may review during regular business

An appeal of the decision of the Planning Director may be initiated by the applicant or property owners within
the required notice area who present competent substantial evidence at, or prior to, the Development Review

Department within seven days of the date of the Development Order.
