As you are aware, I am the attorney for the above applicant. I want to thank you for your
assistance in filing the Preliminary Plat application yesterday.
Pursuant to our discussion, this will confirm that the existing one-story, single-family home will
remain on Lot 1. Applicant will remove the existing structures to such an extent that they will
not encroach on the newly created lots. As you indicated, that would mean removing portions of
the concrete patio and drive so that they ~e at least five feet from the newly created property
lines. This work will be done prior to the final platting of the properties.

gives notice that an application for Prelimmary Plat approval for three residential lots to be called "HAYNES
SUBDIVISON" ..
On June 02, 2005, the Development Review Committee (composed of the City's professIOnal staft) will review
