1, Type of Survey: Boundary Survey 61 G 17 -6,OO2(8)(b) Florida Administrative Code.
2. The perimeter boundary lines of subject property are based upon the results of a field
survey performed by this firm and are referenced to the North line of the Southwest quarter
of Soction 33 (also being the North line of subject property) which was assumed to bear
S89044'54"W.
3.Subject property lies within the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 28 South, Range 16
East, Pinellas County, Florida and comprises 20.07 Acres, more or less.
4,Subject property lies entirely within Flood Zone X per Flood Insurance Rate Map
#123103C182G dated September 3,2003.
5 ,The property description listed hereon was prepared by this firm and is based on the results
of a field survey of the Southwest quarter of Section 33 as well as the review of the deeds
and plats for the adjoining properties.
6.The survey measurements and improvement locations shown hereon were obtained
utilizing a standard field traverse which met or exceeded the minimum accuracy
requirements associated with this type of survey. The bearing and distance of any boundary
line that is not shown with a measured (M) value was found to compare with the described
value within an acceptable accuracy tolerance,
7, There are drainage ditches on and immediately adjacent to the surveyed property that may
be determined to be wetland areas that are subject to the jurisdiction of local, state and
federal agencies. These ditches convey surface waters to and accept surface waters from
adjoining land.
8.There are no visible encroachments, either way across the property lines, unless shown or
denoted hereon. Only perimeter improvements have been shown hereon. Interior
improvements have been shown on the topographic survey prepared by this firm.
9,Underground improvements have not been excavated and mapped. The location of any
underground improvement shown hereon is based upon maps, plans, and visible evidence,
