To meet the Intent of the Cltg of St. Petersburg's land Development Code
the Irrigation system must meet the following requirements:
I. Shallow wells, open surface water bodies, or reclaimed water must be used as a source of
Irrigation water. The distribution system for Irrigation must not be connected to county or mUniCipal
water sources unless It can be demonstrated that these sources are not available.
2. Irrrgatlon systems must utilize lOll volume deSign such as 100 trajectorM heads or soal:er
hoses to prOVide dIreCt apphcatlon and low evaporation. Systems tijat overspray areas that do not
reqUIre Irrigation, such as paved areas, 11111 not be acceptabre. High Irrigation need areas must not
