Palm Pavilion Umbrella Rental Operation

Presently, the Palm Pavilion has a umbrella rental operation on
the beach to the west of their property.
At a recent staff meeting on all city-owned property, it was
noted that the beach to the west of the Palm Pavilion is owned by
the city. I am not aware of any agreement between the city and
the Palm Pavilion for umbrella rentals on this section of beach.
Please check your files and let me know if there is an agreement
with the Palm Pavilion for umbrella rentals on city-owned
property.
