My mistake in preparing disbursement authorization with defunct North Greenwood Parking Lot project code and forwarding to CHUD. In future years ' will just forward City Clerk's "tickler" notice to CHUD for action. The annual land rental payment due Florida State Council Pentecostal Assemblies, Inc for lease of 1304 North Greenwood Ave. must not be charged to this project. The project is closed, and has no funding available. Land rental is an operating expenditure, and should have never been charged to a CIP project, especially one funded by Penny for Pinellas revenue. The $4,000 of rental payments previously charged to the project will have to be moved to an operating code before year end. We will work with you at third quarter to handle this. In the meantime, the payment now due must be charged to an operating code. Public Works Administration and Planning & Development will have to determine which operating code or codes are appropriate.
