I have reviewed that document and find the following deficiencies: 1) The Certificate of Insurance only covers Commercial General Liability insurance and shows the Clearwater Housing Authority as the insured rather than Clearwater Housing Corporation, Inc., who is the Lessee under the City Lease. The City is not shown as an additional insured as required by paragraph 4 of the Lease.) 2) No Certificate of Insurance showing that Fire & Extended Coverage as required by paragraph 5 of the lease has been received in the City's Risk Management Division. That coverage is to be for an amount equal to the full insurable value of the property and is to name the City as an additional insured. Leo
