RELEASE AND SA TISFACTION OF JUDGMENT
WHEREAS, the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florica, on June
26, 1975, entered judgment which required the ,Clearwater Golf Park, Inc.
to compensate the City of Clearwater in the amount of $11,250.00 at 6%
interest for dirt and $6, 103.85 at 6% interest for back rent; and
WHEREAS, Clearwater Golf Park, Inc. has been paying on both items
since that time; and
WHEREAS, on Ivfarch 28, 1979, the City of Clearwater received
payment from Clearwater Golf Park, Inc. in the amount of $527.97 which
amount constituted the final payment for both items mentioned herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, as of March 3D, 1979, the City of Clee. rwater,
Florida, having received the final payment of $527.97 from Clearwater Golf
Park, Inc. as being the full and final payment due on the judgment entered
by the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on June 26, 1975, in the
arbitration proceedings involving Clearwater Golf Park, Inc. and th.e City
of Clearwater, the same being Case No. 74-5779-16, does hereby release
and discharge Clearwater Golf Park, Inc. from the obligation of such
judgment by reason of its having been satisfied in full.
