RE: Clearwater Air Park
/-" .:.-!
Dear Tony:
I enjoyed meeting with you, Tom Bustin, Jeff Butler, and Joe
McFate on September 4, 1981, concerning the Clearwater air park.
As I indicated to you at that meeting, my firm would be pleased
to represent you in connection with the lease arrangement that the
City has with the current tenant of the air park and any permitted
successor to that tenant. Our fee would be based on a hourly rate
of $85.00. We would propose to bill you on a monthly basis for
fees earned and out-of-pocket costs incurred. Our total fee under
this employment by you will not exceed $5,000.00. Any additional
expense would have to be approved by the City Commission.
As we discussed with you at our meeting, we would request as
a condition of our employment that the City permit us to continue
to represent other, private clients in connection with any dealings
that they may have with the City.
If the terms of our employment that we propose herein are ac-
ceptable to you, please execute the enclosed copy of this letter on
the line indicated and return it to me in the enclosed, stamped,
and self-addressed envelope.
Very truly yours,
TAJ/drw
Enclosure
Timothy A. JOhnson, Jr.
