DATE: July 8, 1988 In your memorandum of June 20, 1988, you stated that Exhibit A and Exhibit B were missing from the "Amendment to the Agreement" dated Februdary 16, 1988, between the City of Clearwater and the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation. I have discussed this situation with Bill Shepard of Public Works and have attached the appropriate exhibits. "Exhibit A" is a description of the real property which the City leased to the Foundation in November of 1985. "Exhibit B" is a copy of our deed which contains the legal description of the "additional property" leased to the Foundation under the terms of the amend- ment. In addition to the above, Cyndie Goudeau indicated that she was missing "Exhibit Cn of the agreement dated November 12, 1985, between the City and the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation. This was also checked out with Public Works and I have attached a copy of this "Exhibit C" for her records.
