Please attach these exhibits to the appropriate agreement.

In your memorandum of June 20, 1988, you stated that Exhibit A and
Exhibit B were missing from the "Amendment to the Agreement" dated
Februdary 16, 1988, between the City of Clearwater and the Chi Chi
Rodriguez Youth Foundation.
I have discussed this situation with Bill Shepard of Public Works
and have attached the appropriate exhibits. "Exhibit A" is a
description of the real property which the City leased to the
Foundation in November of 1985. "Exhibit B" is a copy of our
deed which contains the legal description of the "additional
property" leased to the Foundation under the terms of the amend-
ment.
In addition to the above, Cyndie Goudeau indicated that she was
missing "Exhibit Cn of the agreement dated November 12, 1985,
between the City and the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation.
This was also checked out with Public Works and I have attached
a copy of this "Exhibit C" for her records.
I hope this information is acceptable and I am available in the
event you have any questions.

When we amended the agreement between the City and the Chi Chi Rodriguez
Youth Foundation four months ago, we prepared an amendment which includes two
exhibits. Exhibit A ~s a description of the real property which the City leased to the
Fo~dation in November of 1985. Exhibit B is a description of the "additional property"
owned by the City and located between Landmark Drive and the property previously
leased to the Foundation, which was leased to the Foundation under the terms of the
amendment.
Exhibits A and B are missing from the original. Please prepare the exhibits and
send them to the City Clerk for filing with original amendment to the agreement, with
a copy to me.
