along Stephenson Dnve from 25 feet to 23 feet (to bUIldmg), as a ComprehensIve Infill
Redevelopment Project, under the proVIsIOns of SectIon 2-704 C, as an amendment to a
prevIOusly approved ComprehensIve Infill Redevelopment Project (Case No FLD2004-04032
[whIch permItted a car wash WIth reductIons to the front (north) setback along Stephenson Dnve
from 25 feet to eIght feet (to dumpster enclosure), from 25 feet to 24 feet to bUIldmg, a reductIOn
from the front (east) setback along Betty Lane from 25 feet to 20 feet to bUIldmg, a reductIOn
from the SIde (west) setback from 10 feet to five feet to the freestandmg vacuum area and from
10 feet to mne feet to pavement, and a reductIOn to the reqUIred number of parkmg spaces from
seven to three spaces, as part of a ComprehensIve Landscape Program, under the proVIsIOns of
