Development Code On March 16, 2004, the Commumty Development Board revIewed your
FlexIble Development applIcatIon to permIt a me<hcal clImc WIth reductIons to parkmg from 42
spaces to 29 spaces, a reductIOn of the front setback from 25 feet to 17 feet (to bUIldmg), a

Project, under the proVISIons of SectIon 2-1204, and a reductIon to the landscape buffer along the
east property lme (no contmuous hedge along property penmeter provIded), as part of a
ComprehensIve Landscape Program, under the provIsIons of SectIOn 3-1202 G Based on the
applIcatIOn and the staff recommendatIon, the Commumty Development Board (CDB)
