2 The plan complIes WIth General ApplIcabIlIty Cntena under the proVIsIOns of SectIOn 3-913, and

1 That no parked vehIcle shall encroach upon the publIc SIdewalk

SIte plans and applIcatIon dated receIved May 28, 2004 and amended SIte plan dated receIved July 09,

Pursuant to SectIon 4-303, an applIcatIon for a bUIldmg permIt shall be made wIthm one year of
FleXIble Standard Development approval (July 12, 2005) All reqUIred certIfIcates of occupancy shall
be obtamed wIthm one year of the date of Issuance of the bUIldmg permIt TIme frames do not change
