D. 19 7 tf, corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as l'City' , and Frank W. Morrow hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"; WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the City desires to post signs to indicate areas subject to the current "No Wake Ordinance"; and WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of property located in such a way as to provide an ideal location to post a sign advising of the IINo Wake Ordinance"; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenant" herein contained, City agrees with Grantor as follows: 1. Grantor hereby grants permission and authority to City and its authorized representatives to enter upon Grantor's property located at 471 Palm Tahner N~E. , Clearwater,n li'lorida, for the purpose of posting a sign advising the public of City's "No Wc.ke Ordinance". 2. City agrees to enter Grantor's property at the rollowing point: Street or Seawall side For the purpose of maintaining the sign, Grantor authorizes City to~nter the property at the point designated herein. 3. City agrees to post the sign at the following designated place: Owners pi ling 4. This agreement and the permission conferred by the agree:ment shall remain in full force and effect for life of Ordinance , unless sooner terminated by Grantor providing City thirty (30) days written notice.
