CORRECTIVE AMENDMENT TO REMOVAL AGREEMENT
THIS CORRECTIVE AMENDMENT made and entered into this

Agreement, dated July
19, 7, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as ItCity", and
FOSTER AND KLEISER, a Division of Metro Media, Inc., a Delware
corporation authorized to do business in Florida, hereinafter referred to
as "Sign Owner";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Sign Owner on the 12th day of July, 1977, entered into
a Sign Removal Agreement with the City; and
WHEREAS, an error exists in the description of the property where
the sign will exist as such description is set forth on Page One (1) of the
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Agreement by correcting
the description;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree that the Sign Removal
Agreement, dated July 12, 1977, be amended to read as follows:

The first Whereas clause set out on Page One (1) of the Sign
Removal Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, FOSTER AND KLEISER wishes to erect
a billboard on~ a portion of the following described property,
which property falls within a 40 foot easement proposed
right-of-way established by the City of Clearwater:

2. Except as hereby correctively amended, all of the terms,
covenants, conditions and provisions of the Sign Removal Agreement
dated July 12, 1977, are hereby ratified and confirmed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands
and caused this Corrective Amendment to be executed the day and year
above written.
