Re: Festival of Trees Use of 128 N. Osceola Avenue
Dear Ms. Gibson-Wise:
The City of Clearwater agrees to allow the temporary use of 128 N. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, 33758,
to Family Services of Pin ell as County, Inc. d/b/a Festival of Trees as a staging area for the Festival of
Trees event to be held between September 15, 1997 and December 7, 1997.
The City of Clearwater requires Family Services of Pin ell as County, Inc. to reimburse the City for all
electrical and utility service and maintain the premises in a clean and orderly condition. In addition,
Family Services of Pin ell as County, Inc. agrees to maintain the minimum limits of insurance identified in
the letter attached hereto.
This temporary use shall not constitute a lease of the premises and the City of Clearwater may take
possession ofthe premises at any time with notice to Family Services, Inc. d/b/a Festival of Trees.'
