FOR INVESTIGATION OF WATER RESOURCES
THIS A~RE~~ENT entered as of the day of 1970 by the
STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPfu~TI~ENT OF NA1~r(AL RESOURCES, a State Agency, for the DIVISION OF
INTERIOR RESOURCES, BUREAU OF GEOLOGY. party of the first part, and

~. The parties hereto agree that subject to the availability of appropriations
a~~ in accordance with their respective authori~:es, there is in existence a coopera-
ti.ve sgreement for investigation of water resources of the State of Florida between

information resulting from this investigation shall be made available to party of
the second part upon request, as promptly as possible.
3. Party of the second part agrees to contribute the sum of $lO,OOO.CO
toward the cost of the necessary Leld ahd office work directly related to this investi-
gation for the period Ju:y~, 1970 through JU28 20. ,1971. Such funds shall be
made payable in advance to the said Department of Natural Resources-Division or Interior
Resources, Bureau of Geology and placed in a trust fund with the State Treasur~r for
disbursemenc co the U. S.. Geological Survey upon receipt of vouchers from the U. S.
Geological Survey. Such funds shall be ~~tched by State and/or Feder~l funes.
