MISCELlANEOUS
(a) Seller may make changes in its F. P. C. Gas Tari,ffupon filing
with the Federal Power Commission under Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act
and acceptance thereof by the Federal Power Commission.
I
(b) This AgreeFent shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit
of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
(c) No waiver by either party of anyone or more defaults by the
other in the performance of any provision of this Agreement shall operate
or be construed as a waiver of any future default or defaults of a like or
a different character,
IN WITNESSWHEREpF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement
by their duly authorized officials on the dates set forth below.
