RECOM MENDATION: Approve Resolution authorizing the execution of a. Utility
Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the adjustment,
change, placement and relocation 'of -Ci ty_P utifi ties in the proposed inter-
section improvement at Sunset Point Road and ~cMullen-Booth Road.

BACKGROUN 0: The State of Florida is proposing to perform intersection
improvements at the intersection of Sunset Point Road and McMullen-Booth Road_

The State has been asked to delay this project until the City could place
the N.E. to East PCF Interconnector Force Main and the Alligator Creek Force
Main through the proposed intersection improvements.
The D.O.T. has asked the City of Clearwater to execute the standard Utility
relocation forms regarding the utility adjustments and relocations as are
necessary during construction.
