RESO'LUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE
TRAFFIC SIGNALS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPAR Tl\.1ENT OF TRANSPOR TA TION
AND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater deelns it in the public interest to
maintain and pay electrical costs for the operation of traffic signal or signals
on State Road 60 at Mandalay and Coronado in the City ,of .Clearwater, and
accordingly to enter into an agreement with the State of Florida Deparhnent
of Transportation;
. NO'\Y, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
,COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR WA TER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS: . r
1. That the City of Clearwater concurs in the provisions of that
certain agreement attached hereto, pertaining to maintaining a traffi~ signal
installatioIi on State Road 60 at Mandalay and Coronado in the City of Clearwater,
more particularly described in Exhibit "A II to that agreen~ent.
