Dear Ms. Smith:
In response to your letter of November 18, 1986, this will
acknowledge that the City of Clearwater agrees to your proposed
increase in the hourly rate for the use of the hearing officers
available to the City, from $30.00 per hour to $60.00 per hour,
effective January 1, 1987.
The City of Clearwater appreciates the availability of the hearing
officers from your divis~on as required from time to time to
enforce the Civil Service law of the City of Clearwater, as well
as to hear appeals from decisions of the Planning and Zoning
Board and the Development Code Adjustment Board.
