ADDENDUM TO INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 163.01, Florida
statutes, the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, the City of st.
Petersburg, the City of Sarasota, the City of Boca Raton, the City
of Clearwater, the City of Gainesville, the City of Hollywood,
Manatee County, Pinellas County, and Broward County, Florida
entered into an Interlocal Agreement, as amended (the "Agreement") ,
creating the First Florida Governmental Financing Commission (the
"Commission"), the Agreement being duly recorded in Manatee,
Sarasota, Broward, Pinellas, Alachua and Palm Beach Counties,
Florida.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Agreement Manatee
l.~Dlc~unty and Pinellas county, Florida withdrew from the Commission.

,ACCT WHEREAS, Section 3.01 of the Agreement provides that

CERT the present members of the Commission and as such have duly adopted
FEES resolutions approving Pinellas County, Florida (the "Governmental
Unit") as a member of the Commission.

TO'i'All~~E:::T~HEREFORE' BY THE EXECUTION OF THIS ADDENDUM TO INTERLOCAL
SECTION 1. The Governmental Unit shall become a party to
the Int:er'_oc...) A'J:!:~e!nent and a :nembcr of the Corumission as though
it was an original signatory party to the Agreement, and
accordingly, shall be bound by the terms, conditions and agreements
thereof.
