ADDENDUM TO INTERLQCAL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 163.01, Florida
statutes, the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, the city of st.
Petersburg, the city of Sarasota, the city of Boca Raton, the city
of Clearwater, the city of Gainesville, Manatee County, pinellas
County, and Broward County, Florida entered into an Interlocal
Agreement, as amended (the "Agreement"), creating the First Florida
Governmental Financing Commission (the "Commission ") , the Ag:.:-eement
being duly recorded in Manatee, Sarasota, Broward, Pinellas,
Alachua and Palm Beach counties, Florida.
WHEREAS, section 3.01 of the Agreement provides that
additional Governmental Units may become members of the Commission
upon unanimous vote of the existing members.
WHEREAS, the city of st. Petersburg, the City of Sarasota, the
01~ city of Boca Raton, the city of Clearwater, the City of Gainesville
100010 and Broward County, Florida are the present members of the
^n Commission and as such have duly adopted resolutions approving the

),~gx.g,gment, has adopted Resolution No. 92-72, dated April 7, 1992,

.c.Q:lJnty, pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Agreement, has adopted
~l;'; ,R~.s,Q1ution No. 94-020, dated January 4, 1994, expressing its intent

:\FF ___,,,,_.,_WHEREAS, the Commission finds that pinellas County and Manatee
F's ..CoJ.lnty have no loans outstanding under the terms of the Program as

o f'::, WHEREAS, the Commission, pursuant 'co sect,ion 3.10 of the
~ Agreement, wishes to grant pinellas county's and Manat~e County's
request, and to amend the Agreement to reflect such withdrawal.

NOW THEREFORE, BY THE EXECUTION OF THIS ADDENDUM TO INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT:
SECTION 1. The Governmental Unit shall become a party to
the Interlocal Agreement and a member of the Commission as though
it was an original signatory party to the Agreement, and
accordingly, shall be.bound by the terms, conditions and agreements
thereof. '
SECTION 2. pinellas county nnd Manatee county shall,
pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Agreement. be withdrawn from the
commission.

SECTION 4. This Addendum to the Interloce.l Agreement shall
be recorded immediately in the Official Records 0 Pinellas County.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, on this ~/~day of 1994, this
Addendum to Interlocal Agreement has been execu d by and on behalf
of the authorized officers and representatives of the Governmental
unit.
