BILL OF SALE
THIS BILL OF SALE made and entered into on this g4fay of
, 1963, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a
municip
corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, with its principal office and place of business in Pinellas
County, Florida, hereinafter called the SELLER, and FLORIDA POWER CORPORA-
TION, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the
laws of the State of Florida, with its principal office and place of busi-
ness in the City of St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, hereinafter
called the PURCHASER;
WITNESSETH, that the SELLER, for and in consideration of the sum
of SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN AND 19/100 DOLLARS ($747.19) and other valuable
consideration to it in hand paid at and before the signing, sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has bargained, sold, conveyed, transferred, set over, assigned and delivered
and by these presents does bargain, sell, convey, transfer, set over,
assign and deliver unto the PURCHASER the following goods and chattels,
which are located within (1) a portion of Evergreen Street; (2) a portion
of Fredrica Drive; (3) a portion of Howard Street; (4) a portion of Betty
Lane; and (5) a portion of Thomas Street, all being shown on plat of Brook-
hill Subdivision Unit No.3, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 53, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, said subdivision being a portion of
the S~ of S~ of Section 22, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida, and being within the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida.

UNDERGROUND STREET LIGHTING FACILITIES

All that portion of SELLER'S underground street lighting facilities
presently located and constructed within:
(1) A portion of Evergreen Street
(2) A portion of Fredrica Drive
(3) A portion of Howard Street
(4) A portion of Betty Lane
(5) A portion of Thomas Street
The following described items, without limiting the generalities
of the above underground street lighting facilities, comprise
the goods and chattels sold and conveyed hereunder, to wit:

including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all
related hardware, equipment and facilities attached to and being
a part of the above underground electric distribution system.
The foregoing described underground street lighting facilities
are shown on map attached hereto, entitled Exhibit "A", incorporated
herein and by this reference made a part hereof. In the event there is
any conflict between the foregoing description in this indenture and said
attached map, the map shall prevail.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property and every
part thereof unto the PURCHASER forever.

The SELLER hereby covenants that it is the lawful owner of
property conveyed by this Bill of Sale and that it has the full power
and authority to sell, transfer, set over and assign the same, and that
the SELLER hereby fully warrants the title to said goods and chattels and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the CITY OF CLEARWATER has caused its name
to be hereunto subscribed by the City Manager of said City, confirmed by
the Mayor of said City and attested by the City Clerk, the day and year
first above written.
