BILL OF SALE
THIS BILL OF SALE made and entered into on this II ~ day
of -4 -'.A'--'~~/t ' 1964, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
a municipal corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, with its principal office and place of business in
Pinellas County, Florida, hereinafter called the SELLER, and FLORIDA
POWER CORPORATION, a corporation organized and existing under and by vir-
tue of the laws of the State of Florida, with its principal office and
place of business in the City of St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida,
hereinafter called the PURCHASER;
WITNESSETH, that the SELLER, for and in consideration of the sum
of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETEEN AND 05/100 DOLLARS ($4,519.05)
and other valuable consideration to it in hand paid at and before the f
signing, sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sold, conveyed, transferred, set
over, assigned and delivered and by these presents does bargain, sell,
convey, transfer, set over, assign and deliver unto the PURCHASER the
following goods and chattels, which are located within:
(1) A portion of San Bernadino, San Mateo and San Pedro Streets
between Bay Shore Drive and Madera Avenue; and Maximo, Alameda
and Monteray Avenues between San Mateo and San Pedro Streets.
(2) A portion of Mars Avenue between Cleveland and Rainbow
Streets.
(3) A portion of Nimbus Avenue between Gulf to Bay Boulevard and
Rainbow Street.

(4)' "A portion of Carlos Avenue, between Overlea and Fairmont
Streets.

(5) A portion of Nursery Road, West of Gateway Drive; Gateway
Drive; Ambassador Drive, North of Gateway Drive; and
Hercules Avenue, North of Gateway Drive.
(6) A portion of Crescent Court, between Druid Road and
Ft. Harrison Avenue.
(7) A portion of Druid Road; Jasmine Way, East of Druid Road;
Magnolia Drive, East and West of Druid Road; Lotus Path,
East of Druid Road; Bay Avenue, between Jeffords Street
and Druid Road.
(8) A portion of Harn Boulevard, between Williams Drive and
Belcher Road; Claiborne Drive, South of Harn Boulevard; and
York Drive, North of Harn Boulevard.
(9) A portion of North Hibiscus Street and South Hibiscus Street,
East of Kings Highway.
(10) A portion of Charles Street East of Edgewater Drive.
(11) A portion of Marine Street East of Edgewater Drive.
(12) A portion of Ambassador Drive ,South of Diplomat Drive;
Diplomat Drive, East of Hercules Avenue; and Hercules Avenue,
North, of Nursery Road.
(13) A portion of Gateway Drive, between Imperial Way and
Nursery Road.
all being within the corporatel~its of the City of Clearwater, Pinellas
County, Florida.
The following described items, without l~iting the generalities f
of the above underground street lighting facilities, comprise
the goods and chattels sold and conveyed hereunder, to wit:

including, w~thout l~iting the generality of the foregoing, all
related hardware, equipment and facilities attached to and~being
a part of the above underground electric distribution system.
The foregoing described underground street lighting facilities
are shown on thirteen (13) maps attached hereto, each entitled Exhibit
"A", incorporated herein and by this reference made a part hereof. In
the event there is any conflict between the foregoing description in this
indenture and said attached maps, the maps shall prevail.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and signular the said property and
every part thereof unto the PURCHASER forever.
The SELLER hereby covenants that it is the law~ul owner of
property conveyed by this Bill of Sale and that it has the full power
and authority to sell, transfer, set over and assign the same, and that
the SELLER hereby fully warrants the title to said goods and chattels
and will defend the same against the lawful cla~s of all persons whom-
soever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the CITY OF CLEARWATER has caused its
name to be hereunto subscribed by the City Manager of said City, con-
firmed by the Mayor of said City and attested by the City Clerk, the day
and year first above written.
