AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that
WHEREAS, EARL S. WARD, INC., a Florida Corporation, has
for building permits for four
applied to the City of Clearwater
dwelling houses to be situated on property, described as:
The North 330 feet of the ~~i of the swi of the

WHEREAS, the said City of Clearwater desires assurance
from said Corporation, that when said houses are sold, that the
