Dear Sir or Madam:
As you may be aware, FYI Visual, Inc., formerly known as Identitech, Inc. ("Identitech"),
has sold all of its assets that relate to its EDMS business, including the name Identitech, to
eiStream Identitech, Inc. ("eiStream"). eiStream will continue to operate Identitech's EDMS
business. In connection with the sale of assets, Identitech has assigned the Agreements to
eiStream, and eiStream has assumed all of the rights and obligations of Identitech under the
Agreemenst. In order to ensure that the business relationship continues uninterrupted, we
would like to obtain your consent to the assignment of the Agreement.
