AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
TH I S AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, made and entered into th i s /2 V R day of
April, 1992, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation (herein, the "City"), and ERVIN'S ALL AMERICAN YOUTH CLUB, INC., a
Florida corporation not for profit, whose address is 1250 Holt Avenue, Post
Office Box 815, Clearwater, Florida 34617 (herein, the "Club").
WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein
contained, and in further consideration of other good and valuable
considerations, the parties hereto mutually covenant and agree as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 of the Agreement between the parties, dated April 14,
1989, is amended to read:
1. The term of this Agreement shall be for three (3) years
from the date hereof. and shall continue thereafter from month to
month unless sooner terminated~T provided. that the extended term
shall not continue beyond September 30. 1992. except as the parties
may aqree aRd may be cxtcRded ~pOR the m~t~al agreemcRt iR writiAg
of the parties. Either party may terminate this Agreement by
furnishing sixty (60) days written notice of termination to the
other.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall continue in
fu 11 force and effect, and are incorporated herein by reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and seals the
