LETTER OF AGREEMENT
It is hereby agreed between the City of Clearwater (owner) and E. Palomino Dairy, Inc.
(user) that the user will prepare, plant and harvest one crop of oats on approximately
150-200 acres of the owners land for the mutual benefit of both parties.
Benefit to the owner is the removal of weeds and grasses which are present on said
property which will render the property more attractive to prospective bidders for
its future use and maintenance~
Benefit to the user is the winter crop of cattle feed to be derived from his efforts.
Conditions are as follows:
The owner will:
1. Provide 150-200 acres of land suitable for cultivation of feed crops at the
recently acquired Oakley property which is adjacent to the City's present
sludge farm in Hillsborough County.
2, During the period of this agreement the owner shall be allowed to bring prospective
bidders for future property maintenance onto the site as required.
The user will:
Prepare, plant and harvest one crop of winter feed (oats)on owners property.
This agreement becomes effective immediately upon acceptance and will terminate at the
conclusion of the harvesting of this one crop.
