CANCELLATION OF SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH BIO-SPEC INCFrom what I can discern, the contract had an automatic extension for "a successive year," which means that the contract expired on November 1, 2005. Unless we have paid some advanced
money, I don't think we are obligated to provide any notice of cancellation.

I forwarded this chain to Rob, just so he is aware that you're canceling in case he has any legal issue with that. It looks like the contract only requires a 60 day notice, so I doubt
he'll have any problems.

I have prepared a letter to cancel the contract with Bio-Spec effective 10/31/08. The County has contracted with Steri-Cycle, and will add our 8 locations. The EMS contract directs
that they will pay the bill. This will result in a savings of approximately $2,000 per year. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks JP
