AGREEMENT OF PERMISSION

, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal
corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "City' , and
Dennis E. Dean and Joanne L. Dean
hereinafter referred toas"Grantor";
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the City desires to post signs to indicate areas subject to
the current I'No Wake Ordinance"; and
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of property located in such a way as
to provide an ideal location to post a sign advising of the I'No Wake Ordinance";
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenant:, herein
contained, City agrees with Grantor as follows:
1. Grantor hereby grants permission and authority to City and its
authorized representatives to enter upon Grantor's property located at
892 Harbor Island
, Clearwater, :E"lorida,
for the purpose of posting a sign advising the public of City's IINo Wc,ke
Ordinance".
2. City agrees to enter Grantor's property at the following point:
Street or Seawall side
For the purpose of maintaining the sign, Grantor authorizes City to ,~nter
the property at the point designated herein.
3. City agrees to post the sign at the following designated pL3.ce:
Seawall
4. City understands that the authorization conferred by this ':)ermit
doe s not extend beyond or confer any other right other than the permission
and authority described herein.

shall remain in full force and effect for life of Ordinance
