Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared D. A.
Salls, who upon being by me duly sworn, deposes and says: 1. That he
is the owner of what is known as Highland Hill Subdivision and has
personal knowledge as the personel occupan~y of the land embraced in
said property and that said property contains less than 10 registered
voters.
This affidavit is made in compliance of Section 171.04 of Florida
Statutes 1951 and is made to induce the 6ity of Clea~Tater to annex
the foregoing property into it's corporation limits.
This property is contiguous to City limits.
