AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 450 FEET EAST OF SOUTH BELCHER ROAD
AND APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET SOUTH OF NURSERY ROAD,
CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 19-29-16 IN METES
AND BOUNDS 33/08, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2235
NURSERY ROAD, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY
TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the
City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable
requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of Clearwater
and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
See attached legal description.

Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Council hereby accepts the dedication
of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public, which have heretofore
been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk
and the Planning Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the
official maps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. The City Clerk
shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after

intersection of the R/W centerlinesof Belcher and Nursery Roads, and run thence alol1g the said
RIW centerline of Belcher Road, S. 00001'41" East, 40.00 feet; thence along the Southerly RIW line
of the said Nursery Road, S. 89009'04" East, 311.00 feet; thence S. 00001'41" East, 100.00 feet for a
P.O.B. #2; thence run S. 89009'04" East, 172.00 feet; thence S. 00001'41" East, 131.60 feet; thence
89009'04" West, 172.00 feet; thence North 00001'41" West, 131.60 feet to the P.O.B. #2.
TOGETHER with a non-exclusive perpetual easement over and across the following described
